ইউজার এগ্রিমেন্ট (User Agreement)
Argon.BD ("আমরা" বা "Argon.BD")-এ স্বাগতম। এই সাইটটি ব্যবহার করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে এই শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন। সাইটটি ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ করছেন এবং এতে সম্মতি জ্ঞাপন করছেন।
- এই ইউজার এগ্রিমেন্ট আপনার সাইট ব্যবহার করার মুহূর্ত থেকে কার্যকর বলে গণ্য হবে।

ডিসকাউন্ট নীতি (Discount Policy)
- গ্রাহক এক সময়ে শুধুমাত্র একটি ছাড়ের সুবিধা (যেমন: ফ্রি ডেলিভারি, কুপন ডিসকাউন্ট, পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ডিসকাউন্ট) নিতে পারবেন।
- যদি কার্টে ফ্রি ডেলিভারি পণ্য থাকে, তবে কুপন ডিসকাউন্ট শুধুমাত্র অ-ফ্রি ডেলিভারি পণ্যের উপর প্রযোজ্য হবে।
- যদি গ্রাহক এমন কোনো পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ব্যবহার করেন যেখানে ছাড়ের সুবিধা রয়েছে, তবে কুপন ডিসকাউন্ট প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
ইউজার আচরণ এবং বিধি (User Conduct and Rules)
আপনি সম্মত হন যে আপনি ওয়েবসাইট এবং পরিষেবাটি শুধুমাত্র যথাযথ বার্তা এবং সামগ্রী পোস্ট ও আপলোড করার জন্য ব্যবহার করবেন। আপনি নিম্নলিখিতগুলি করবেন না:
- অন্যদের আইনি অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করা বা হুমকি দেওয়া।
- মানহানিকর, অশ্লীল, বা বেআইনি বিষয়বস্তু প্রকাশ করা।
- ভাইরাস বা দুর্নীতিগ্রস্ত ফাইলযুক্ত ফাইল আপলোড বা বিতরণ করা।
- এই চুক্তির বা ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহারের জন্য প্রযোজ্য অন্য কোনো শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করা।
আইনি বিষয়াবলী (Legal Disputes)
- এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে।
- এই সংক্রান্ত কোনো বিতর্ক বা দাবি **ঢাকার আদালতের** একচেটিয়া এখতিয়ারের অধীনে থাকবে।
- বিতর্ক নিষ্পত্তির জন্য সালিশি (Arbitration) পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে, যা ঢাকায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

User Agreement
Welcome to Argon.BD (also known as "we" or "us"). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this Site. By using the Site, you hereby accept these terms and agree to comply with them.
- This User Agreement is deemed effective upon your use of the Site.
- The Site reserves the right to change, modify, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, or sell any information or software obtained from the Website.
Discount Policy
- User can avail **only one method of discount** at a time (free delivery, coupon discount, payment gateway discount, etc.).
- If the cart contains a free delivery product, coupon discount will only be applicable to non-free delivery products.
- If the customer uses a payment gateway that offers a discount, then the coupon discount will not be applicable.
User Conduct and Rules
You agree and undertake to use the Website and the Service only to post and upload messages and material that are proper. You agree that you will not:
- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
- Publish, post, upload, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, or unlawful topic.
- Upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or similar software.
- Violate any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any applicable laws in or outside Bangladesh.
Legal Disputes and Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
- Disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at **Dhaka**.
