সাধারণ শর্তাবলী (General Criteria)
বিশ্বাস ও আস্থার বন্ধন নিশ্চিত করতে Argon.BD নিম্নলিখিত শর্তে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার সুযোগ নিয়ে এসেছে:
- ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে **০৩ দিনের** মধ্যে ফেরত দিতে হবে।
- ফেরত বা প্রতিস্থাপনের জন্য সমস্ত আইটেম অব্যবহৃত, আসল অবস্থায় এবং সমস্ত ট্যাগ ও প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।
- যদি কোনো আইটেম ফ্রি প্রমোশনাল আইটেম সহ আসে, তবে ফ্রি আইটেমটিও ফেরত দিতে হবে।
ফেরত/প্রতিস্থাপনের কারণসমূহ (Reasons for Return/Replacement)
- পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা বর্ণনার মতো নয়।
- পোশাকের সাইজ অমিল (যদি চালানপত্রে (invoice) উল্লিখিত সাইজের সাথে ডেলিভারিকৃত পণ্যের সাইজ না মেলে)।
- পোশাকের রঙের অমিল।
- ভুলভাবে প্রিন্ট করা পোশাক (ডিজাইন অমিল, ভুল ডিজাইন বা ভুল স্থানে ডিজাইন)।
- ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হয়েছে।
কীভাবে পণ্য ফেরত দেবেন? (How to Return)
অর্ডার পাওয়ার **০৩ দিনের** মধ্যে https://m.me/argon.bd.official-এ মেসেজ করে Argon.BD-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
আমরা পণ্যটি গ্রহণ করার পর গুণমান যাচাই করব, এবং যদি ফেরতের কারণ বৈধ হয়, তবে আমরা নতুন পণ্য দিয়ে প্রতিস্থাপন করব বা রিফান্ডের প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করব।
রিফান্ড নীতি (Refund Policy)
- আমরা আপনার ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্যটি মূল্যায়নের পরে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করব।
- যদি পণ্যটি স্টকে না থাকে, তবে কোনো প্রশ্ন ছাড়াই আপনি **সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড** পাবেন।
- **ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)** এবং শিপিং চার্জ রিফান্ডের মূল্যের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবে না (কারণ এই চার্জগুলি অ-ফেরতযোগ্য)।
- অনলাইন পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে (ক্রেডিট কার্ড, ডেবিট কার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং বা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার), আপনি **৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের** মধ্যে রিফান্ড পাবেন।

- যদি আমাদের ভুল হয়, তবে শিপিং খরচ আমরা বহন করব। সাইজ বিনিময় বা পছন্দের পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে, শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy
General Return Criteria
Argon.BD allows returns to further ensure and encourage the bond of trust, provided the item meets the following criteria:
- It is within **03 Days** from the delivery date.
- All items must be unused, in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
- If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
Reasons for Returns & Replacement
- Product is damaged, defective or not as described.
- Size Mismatch for clothing (Only if the delivered item's size mismatches the size mentioned in the invoice).
- Color Mismatch or Wrongly Printed clothing (wrong design, wrong placement).
- Wrong product sent.
How to Return
Contact Argon.BD by messaging on https://m.me/argon.bd.official within **03 days** after receiving your order.
Once we receive your return, we will do a quality check. If the reason for return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or proceed with the refund.
Refund Policy
- Refund will be processed after evaluating your return. Replacement is subject to stock availability; if out of stock, you will receive a **full refund**, no questions asked.
- The **Cash on Delivery convenience charge** and the **shipping charge** are non-refundable.
- For online payments, you will receive a refund anytime between **7-10 working days**.
- If it's our mistake (sending the wrong product), we’ll cover the shipping cost. For size exchanges or preference changes, shipping will be on the customer.
